• Bathtub plumbing inspected and retained

ELECTRICALS:

• Sockets, switches, and extractor fan repositioned/replaced
• New lighting fitted and fully tested

TILING:

• Floor fully tiled
• Wall tiling around bath (full height) and remaining walls (half height)
• Edges trimmed and sealed

INSTALLATION:

• Bath screen, towel rail, vanity unit, and extra storage installed
• Doorframe adjusted and all finishing completed
