This project involved a full structural and technical overhaul of an existing bathroom, transforming it into a modern, durable shower room. The works included complete strip-out, reconfigured plumbing and electrics, floor strengthening, full waterproofing, and high-quality finishes throughout.
01 — THE CHALLENGE
The Challenge
The original bathroom layout and infrastructure no longer met the client’s needs. Outdated plumbing, limited electrical provision, and a tired layout required more than a cosmetic update. The floor structure also needed reinforcement to support the new layout and fittings.
Careful planning was required to integrate modern services within an existing property while maintaining build quality, longevity, and compliance.
