01 — THE CHALLENGE

The Challenge

The existing bathroom no longer reflected the homeowners’ lifestyle or expectations. The space required a complete transformation to introduce a sense of luxury while remaining practical for everyday use.

A key challenge was preparing the existing structure to support a freestanding bath and ensuring the floor was suitable for underfloor heating. The layout also needed to accommodate a fully tiled shower area, integrated storage, and refined detailing – all without compromising durability or comfort.

Space Planning

We carefully assessed the existing layout and structural requirements, reinforcing and levelling the floor to support a freestanding bath and ensure long-term stability and comfort.

Product Selection

Fixtures and fittings were selected to balance timeless design with durability, ensuring each element complemented the overall scheme while meeting practical, everyday needs.

Finishes & Tiling

The bathroom was fully tiled, including the shower enclosure, walls, and floor, with integrated waterproofing and a decorative dado rail to deliver a refined, long-lasting finish.

Build & Install

All plumbing, fixtures, and lighting were installed with precision, followed by detailed sealing, testing, and final checks to ensure the space performs flawlessly.

The Result

The finished bathroom is a calm, luxurious space that balances elegant design with everyday practicality. Natural materials, carefully chosen fittings, and thoughtful detailing elevate the room, while underfloor heating and a freestanding bath add comfort and indulgence.

Every element – from the tiled finishes to the final fixtures – was tested and inspected to ensure quality, functionality, and longevity. The result is a bathroom designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
